A great opportunity for a Conveyancing Assistant to provide administrative support for the busy residential and new homes teams. The role is for a prominent regional law firm, distinguished not only for its diverse professional skills and services but also for its approachable and pragmatic delivery of these services.

The position entails serving as a property assistant, offering administrative assistance to partners and fee earners in the residential conveyancing and new build property team.

Responsibilities:

Performing general administrative tasks related to residential conveyancing, including:
Collecting and updating information in the Case Management System
Ensuring filing systems are current
Conducting in-person client meetings
Upholding confidentiality standards
Managing telephone calls and messages for the firm
Receiving, redirecting, and making phone calls
Inputting data into spreadsheets
Ensuring the highest level of client care
Typing documents
Upholding quality and service standards
Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs
Maintaining a welcoming attitude
Presenting a smart appearance
Handling client inquiries and additional administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
Adapting to changing business needs while adhering to the standards of a professional firm at all times.
