Our well-established Client is currently seeking a Receptionist to join their team based at their Bromley office.
Ideally you will have previous experience of a similar role within a law firm, or extensive customer/ client service experience.

Your key duties will be:
Meeting and greetings clients and visitors at reception
Answering the switchboard and re directing/ responding to calls as required
Ensuring refreshments are provided, if required
Maintaining the meeting Rooms Diary
Ensuring meetings rooms are checked daily.
Daily scanning of post to the legal teams
Recording all hand deliveries
Booking couriers
Photocopying legal documents/ Plans/Confidential Material
Internal delivery and collection of both internal and external mail to all offices and collation of outgoing post.

Organised and ability to prioritise workload.
Salary from £ 20,000 depending on experience (plus pension, private health and other benefits). 23 days holiday plus your birthday off (if it’s on a working day).
